Theatre Visit

41 pupils from Years 5 and 6 went to the Customs House Theatre on Wednesday 19th September to see the evening performance of Michael Morpurgo’s “Farm Boy”. This follows last year’s visit to see another play by the same author, “Friend or Foe”. Miss Thompson, Miss Fowler, Miss Donkin and Mr Tait accompanied the group.

The play, an adaptation from the book,  continues the story of the characters first introduced in “War Horse”, which was recently released as a much acclaimed film by Steven Spielberg. To find out more about Michael Morpurgo’s books click here.
